I need to do a little weight training, and so far no one has told me exactly what i need to do.I really need to know what workouts work the best to cover all areas of the body, in prep for golf season.

nope not really ok..but if you want to know a good work out for golf here are the lists:
Golf Workout Broken Down By Body Part
Chest Workout
Flat Dumbbell Bench Press – 3 sets x 6,6,8 reps
Dumbbell Flys – 2 sets x 12 reps
Back Workout
Deadlifts – 3 sets x 6,6,6 reps
