Can anyone give me a good website with golf exercises on it?

Well I play for my high school team, and it’s our offseason, and we need a good workout program to do until the spring. Our coach used to be the boys soccer coach, so he has us doing soccer drills. Please help!!
Thanks in advance!

my golf team is doing weight training right now and we are doing pushups for chest and arms, lunges for legs stability, sit ups and ab workouts for strong torso and stuff, and stretches for the shoulders, arms, legs, back, and some kind of pull up for triceps.

thats all i know, hope that helps a little

If you go to the Titleist website you’ll find the Titleist Performance Institute. This is all about strengthening, improving flexibility etc.. These guys are the best ,proven by the amount of tour players they work with. Good luck.
