What are five best exercises to improve my golf game?

A great one that has helped both myself and one of my playing partners both increase distance and balance requires a partner. Grab a medicine ball (weight varies depending on your physical strength) start about ten feet from each other and simulate your golf swing as you follow-through toss the ball to your partner and he/she does the same motion do this aproximately 10 times then switch sides, we typically do 10 sets and take a step away from each other after each set. Increases core strength as well as focuses on the muscles that you incorporate in your golf swing helping muscle memory and consistencey.
