The best exercises for golfers are those that strengthen their core and those that promote balance. Overall body strengthening exercises are also good. Keep in mind that it is not the building of muscle that throws off the swing but the loose of flexibility. So when adding strengthening exercises to your routine remember to stretch.

Get a weighted club it helps a lot in adding flexability and clubhead speed
