How does weight training and swimming help your body achieve fitness?
how do you prepare for softball, volleyball, golf, and tennis, and how do those exercises help you achieve fitness?
I sorta want an answer like the following. it does NOT have to be as long, unless you want it to be.

it builds the body for stamina and prep for the sport. which is why you dont see most basketball players huffing and puffing on the bench. they have been training by running for practice and getting the body stronger to run back and forth for nearly 40 min. weight training helps build muscles which in turn can help burn more fat and calories which is something that is good for the body…
