Physical Education I – required of 3 – Units covered are geared towards individual and team sports. The units covered are aerobics, flag football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, weight training, fitness, badminton, fitness walking, track and field, softball and wrestling.
Physical Education II – required choice of 3– Units covered are geared towards individual and dual sports and team sports. Units covered are aerobics, gator ball, speedball, volleyball, basketball, fitness, weight training, badminton, fitness walking, softball, pickle ball, flag football, country line dancing and hockey.
Physical Education III – Units are geared toward lifetime sports. Units covered are aerobics, self-defense, aquacise, cross-country skiing, table tennis, golf, archery, badminton, bowling, and fitness walking. Guest speakers to promote careers in physical education are scheduled. Cost of $1.50 for Aquacise, approximately $8.00 for bowling, and approximately $20-$25 for golfing.
