Several. With your feet spread at least to your shoulder width, try touching your right hand to your left toe and vise versa. Next, with one leg shraight (not too straight), extend the other out to one side and i8n front of you at about a 45 degree angle and try to touch your knee with your nose. With your arms extended out to the side, stand with your feet about a foot apart and rotate 90 degrees side to side. The object is to lossen your big muscles. Don’t over do it! Only you know your limitaions.
I perform about a 15 minute work out before hitting off the first tee.

    The exercises Gene W suggested are par for the course for most golfers who wish to loosen up.One which is used frequently is to hook a club behind your back inside your elbows and twist gently with your feet spread to shoulder width. That will help loosen both sides equally.
