All the above stretches will definately help, and I do something similiar, my final stretch is to grab all my woods out of my bag hold them all at once and do about six full blooded practice drives, then your ready for your first tee off. This releases tension for me, give it a try see how you go.
References :
Here's my usual routine:

1. Head turner - stretch your neck by turning all the way to the left and right. this is to loosen the tension in your neck, you need to have a well loosen neck to avoid stiff neck problem.

2. Arm swing - swing your arms forward and backward and simulate your golf swing repeatedly. this will loosen the tension in the actual golf swing that comes later

3. Chest stretch - stretch out your arm to the side and pull back the arm to the back. feel the tension of the chest musle as this will helps the stiffness in the swing

4. hip rotation - turn your upper torso to the left and right to hear the cracking sound. this will help in the hip rotation

5. Knee bender - bend your knee and hold and feel the tension in the tight muscle and this feels the flex in the knee

6. Ankle rotation - this is very important as there are a lot of tension in the ankle during the swing and many golfer actually neglected this warm up and suffers from ankle injury
