I would say more, but that’s pretty much it to be honest.

The golf swing uses a lot of your core muscles such as your shoulders, chest and abs. If you have a cable machine at your gym, I like to pull across my body (like the golf swing) to strenghten the shoulders. Do 3 sets of 10 at small weights (15-25 lbs). Also make -sure they are using a proper follow through – this will work their shoulder muscles and their swing technique.
There are various exercises for the chest – incline bench, decline bench, regular bench, butterflies.
The abs are especially important, in addition to standard situps, I would try the plank , bycicle, and vertical crunch exercise (see link below). Also have them lay on their stomach, have a teamate hold their legs and do backward crunches to work their back muscles.
The last area I would focus is the legs. Leg extenstions, leg curls, squat, lunges, calf raises, 30 mins on bycicle, running are some standard leg workouts.
If you need some tutorials on some of these exercies, do a quick google search.
Good Luck!

I would stay away form heavy weights. Weights can be hard on your hands, and golfers need loose, comfortable hands.
Swimming is the best exercise for golfers. It works the shoulders, core, legs, cardio and arm speed. For a group, have pool length races to keep it interesting.
I enjoy leg presses. I use light weight and take the weight all the way down to really stretch the back and hamstrings.
Golfers need to be flexible, so any workout with extended periods of stretching would be good.

my high school team does a lot of hardcore training indoors in the winter. One thing we do is get with a partner and get a soccer ball and go through your swing while holding the ball and then when you get to the follow through you throw the ball to your partner and then they do it back. We also so sprints, squats, tricep dips and we play dodge ball sometimes haha.

Train like a football player.
Since these are girls, make em do sprints. Try to get them to do the squats and deadlifts and lunges, and when they refuse, make em sprint to develop strong core twisting muscles.
Girls need upper body strength. Big freeweights, benching rowing, shrugging, overhead presses, etc should be the solution. When they refuse, let em monkey around on the machines.
Rowing will help them twist into the swing.
Grip strength is huge for girls. Bicep curls and reverse curls will help. When they refuse, tape 3 clube together and make them swing it both right handed and leftie.
Good luck!
