I am a sophomore now and next year i will be playing varsity basketball. What is a very specific workout plan I could put into a daily routine. I mean what exercise and how long of it. All I have in my basement is a pull up bar, punching bag, and treadmill.
you should practice dribbling using 1 and 2 basketballs. also shoot about 500 if not more shots everyday. finally work out, it helps with every sport.
