What should be my regular workout everyday if i am going for a golf tournament in december?



I run around 3 miles a day and do 30 push ups 50 squirts 200 meters frog jump,weights and my golf exercises so do i need to do something more.

From my experience in longer tourny’s the most important parts of your body to focus on are the big muscles. Stomach, back, and legs. Running 3 miles a day is plenty. The key is staying hydrated and nourished. If you do all of those things you’ll be fine.
