What are some good exercises to do at home for golf fitness?

This would include exercises to increase distance, consistence, accuarcy, stamina, etc.

core exercises, sit ups, push ups planks
leg exercises, calf raises squats
upper body, roll your shoulders push ups.

How to workout for golf?

I want to know how you can workout for golf when you don’t have all the equipment at home and not using the gym and everything so basically any exercises you can do at home… so if you guys have any ideas of how you can build muscle and get a better looking body without all that stuff, I would appreciate it alot if you would share? Thank you :)

Cardio, cardio, cardio, and more cardio. And when you think you’ve had enough, more cardio.

Isn’t that a stretch?

no not unless you dont want him to win becasue of the color of his skin. it sounds like you just want other people to win and would be okay if a guy like vijay singh were to win.
